Its 50mm thick, 100 kg/m³ rock wool sandwich insulation provides superior thermal stability and fire resistance, allowing operation under extreme temperatures. All exposed metal components are coated with anti-corrosion treatment for added longevity.
The generator’s air intake and exhaust systems feature weatherproof hoods that open automatically during operation to prevent rain and snow ingress and close when idle. Motorized louvers are synchronized with generator operation to prevent moisture intrusion and retain heat, enhancing protection and extending component lifespan.
Maintenance-friendly design: Twin doors on both sides create a 1.2 m-wide service corridor, making daily inspections and maintenance straightforward. The generator is powered by a Cummins KTA50-GS8 engine paired with a Leroy-Somer LSA50 alternator, and includes an independent fuel tank with primary and backup fueling lines, electric valves, and transfer pumps for rapid refueling. A fuel gauge enables real-time monitoring, ideal for rental fleets or mission-critical deployments.

Utilizing the Dead Bus fast sync method, the generator closes the breaker first, then synchronizes phases, eliminating over-current tripping risks typical in conventional sync methods. This design allows the entire synchronization process to complete within 15 seconds, keeping online power units stable and uninterrupted.
