The plant is located in a hot and humid area with humidity levels of 80%–100%, temperatures consistently above 30°C, frequent heavy rainfall, and high levels of palm fiber dust. This project needed to maintain reliable performance under local operating conditions while protecting the palm oil processing plant's critical operations from downtime.

The canopy is made of galvanized steel with an additional powder coating finish. While this is more costly than standard cold-rolled steel, it offers superior durability and corrosion resistance—perfect for rental fleets and harsh environments.
