Customized Rental Generator for Harsh Outdoor Environments

We recently delivered a custom generator set for a rental company, designed specifically to withstand demanding outdoor conditions. The canopy is made of galvanized steel with an additional powder coating finish. While this is more costly than standard cold-rolled steel, it offers superior durability and corrosion resistance—perfect for rental fleets and harsh environments.

Additionally, the base frame is hot-dip galvanized. Many generators on construction sites are dragged directly across rough surfaces, which can quickly wear off paint and lead to rust. Our solution addresses this common pain point, providing a robust, long-lasting base that keeps the unit looking and performing like new.
